Dream Walking









A one day programme (limited to 10 places) that explores the use of dreams in areas such as, increasing creativity, supporting self awareness and self healing, adding new tools to coaching and therapy, enhancing decision making and improving our everyday, quality of life.


Covering commonly asked questions such as


What are Dreams?

Why do we Dream?

How can we remember Dreams?

Can we Interpret Dreams?

Do we all Dream?


The workshop will provide participants with simple, easy to remember, exercises, designed to be used immediately, to begin their own journey into this fascinating and powerful area of personal insight and change.

After a very successful December workshop…


The Next Programme  TBA, 10am-5pm. London, Waterloo.




The workshop will be held at Alaska Studio,127-129 Alaska Street,London,SE1 8XE.

5 Minute walk from Waterloo station.


This is a working studio. www.alaskastudio.co.uk , and the event will be very informal,

so do come with slouching clothes, a loose Mind and remember to  bring some dreams.


NOTE: The room access is via a steep set of stairs and is not accessible by wheel chair.


Open to all,no experience necessary.




 Investment £93, inclusive of tea’s and Coffee’s. A deposit of £30 will be required to confirm your place which is strictly limited to 10 participants. The Deposit is non returnable and the place may be transferred to another date only if the place for the purchased date can be filled before the workshop begins.

There will be a one hour lunch at Approximately 12:30 pm and regular breaks during the day.

Mobile phone and WIFI service is minimal within the building.
