Whether interviewing prospective staff or asking for information, the way we form and ask questions can either produce ambiguous output or alternatively, give us what we are looking for.


This short programme presents ways in which we can  improve our questioning style and form, to enable the fast, efficient acquisition of the information we need to know, as opposed to that we don’t.
